Any school is as good as its teachers. Oxford High School is vary on the qualification and teaching ability of the faculty members. Teachers are scientific and student friendly. It has an excellent team of well-qualified teachers who have imbibed the philosophy of the school and its founders.

The library at Oxford High School has a good collection of books on a whole range of subjects like arts, literature, science and general knowledge. Students are encouraged, guided and entertained to make use of this facility extensively and develop the habit of reading good books.

Parent Teacher Meetings are held at the end of each term to review subject wise performance of the students. Measures are taken accordingly to rectify the lapses, so that all round improvement of the student is possible in time by this process. In case of Pre-Primary and 10th class students the parents are frequently called to the school to access time to time progress of the student.

School bus is available to transport the students from nearby villages and locals.

Indoor games like chess, caroms, tennicoit outdoor games like cricket, Foot ball, Volleyball, Kabaddi, Khokho, Badminton, Shuttle are practiced before or after school hours. Oxford High School students have participated many out side tournaments and competitions and won medals, trophies for their school.

Generally school keeps competitions at every weekend among 4 houses of the school. Competitions held so far in the present academic year 2006-07 are as follows: Quiz, Essay writing, Speech, Songs, Dancing , Fancy dress, Kite making, Rangoli, etc,.

Students are encouraged to participate in District level, State level and Inter school level competitions and the competitions organized by different Govt. departments and Social organizations. Our students have always the winners in such competitions.

There are 4 houses namely North, South, East and West. The head teachers of each house help them to prepare for different types of competitions. Physical Education Teacher gives sufficient practice in each game to the students.

Oxford High School, Jogipet give a big importance to the cultural activities where the students are encouraged to show their talents. Every occasion in the academic year like Independence Day, Children's Day, Teacher's Day, Republic Day and Annual Day are celebrated in a big way.

YOGA AND MEDITATION: We give first place to good health and good knowledge for which Yoga and Meditation are good ways. Yoga the traditional Indian practice for good health is taught in our school and simultaneously Meditation which gives concentration, good grasping power, memory and sharp thinking capacity also in practice.

KARATE: Interested students are given Karate coaching at 5 a.m. in the morning everyday at school premises.

Drawing and Painting, Stitching and Embroidary, Kite Making, Greeting Card Making etc are taught periodically in the school.

There is an excursion tour every year to the Historically, Educationally importance places. So far, we have covered the following such places.

1. Visakapatnam - Beaches, Submarine museum, Borracaves, Araku valley.
2. Bengalore - Vishweshwarayya Museum, Mysore-Brindavan Gardens, Palace, Ooti.

6. Warangal - Fort, Thousand pillar temple, Ramappa sculpture
